So 5 times in the last few weeks, patients have walked in for care either the wrong day, wrong time or having not even scheduled. I've been to and heard of many Dr's offices that if you are not in the book you are either turned away or can wait . . . and wait. . . and wait. We actually like these unexpected drop ins and never ever let on they were not scheduled. We just take them right in.

Why? If your going to go out of your way to drive to an appointment with us and spend time and hard earned dough that deserves reward not punishment. You as patients / customers have choices so at the end of each week I look back and am thankful for each and everyone. It's a lesson I learned several years ago when I had to start this practice over again.It was very humbling. You are my patients but I work for you. It's called an attitude of gratitude. Besides, I know I can't stand waiting and I love when people perform random acts of kindness to accomodate me.
