Remember how much fun it was to jump rope as a kid?
You could do it solo, or grab a few friends and get it going.
What you probably didn't know then is this is a great workout! So why not use it now to get in shape as an adult?
Before you get started there are a few things you need to know to make sure you don't hurt yourself.
According to Najla Kayyem, owner of CrossFit Scottsdale, jumping rope is an impact sport so caution should be taken to the way you're jumping and landing on the ground.
