Do you ever say to yourself or anyone within ear shot that you just don't have time to exercise. I bet Dr. Pete at Arizona Spinal Care can point out hidden times within your day to exercise.
Do 15 minutes of exercise first thing in the morning at least 3 times per week. You have a better chance of sticking to this routine versus exercising in the evening.
At work take a 5 minute walk or do some cubicle exercises. This will refresh your brain and body to continue on in the work day.
Log off of facebook, twitter, etc., and work out. Imagine how many great comments you will receive when you post those fabulous pictures of yourself.
If you have exercise equipment in your home - watch TV while using the equipment and before you know it you have added a routine of exercise to your day.
